Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Development:
    • Inspire and empower technical teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment and support.
    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects across various domains.
    • Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation actions and ensuring successful project outcomes.
    • Track and report project progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates and highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Application Management and Optimization:
    • Ensure critical business applications, including those supporting retail, omnichannel, e-commerce, and digital operations, are maintained, supported, and continuously optimized to meet evolving business needs.
    • Evaluate and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of information systems and processes.
  • System Integration:
    • Oversee the design and implementation of seamless integrations between various systems (e.g., OMS, POS, CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways), ensuring data integrity and a unified omnichannel experience.
  • Planning and Innovation:
    • Contribute to the development of the IT roadmap, aligning IT initiatives with the overall business strategy.
    • Identify and evaluate global technology solutions.
    • Define, promote, and maintain local, updated, documented, and mature architecture ecosystems that prioritize security and data protection.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 7+ years of experience in IT, with a proven track record in leading technical teams and delivering IT solutions within a large retail or e-commerce environment.
    • 3+ years of experience as a technical lead manager or similar role, overseeing the implementation and management of IT systems and solutions.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
    • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, system integration methodologies, and relevant retail and e-commerce technologies.
