The Data Driven Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying business needs to build a pipeline for our sales organization. You will collaborate with the program manager to develop campaigns and prospects, aiming to hand them off to our sales team. To succeed, you should stay up-to-date on our ongoing and upcoming marketing campaigns to increase conversions. As a specialist, it's essential to build strong relationships with prospects, ensuring an exceptional customer experience that sets the stage for future product sales.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed strategic goals by engaging with qualified leads and enabling the next step in the sales cycle.
- Use consultative engagement to qualify opportunities by understanding business challenges and educating prospects on the value of our product
- Conduct research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information.
- Identify and target strategic new prospects that would accelerate territory growth.
- Select and engage with prospects identified through marketing efforts
- Develop expertise in sales prospecting platforms and tools.
- Use customer challenges to prescribe relevant campaigns and events to drive engagement.
- Foster outstanding customer service relationships with prospects.
- Continuously self-audit activity to ensure accuracy and improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce's products, driven products, and market knowledge via online resources and webinars.
- Become an expert with sales enablement tools.
- **Requirements:**- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field Experience with lead qualification at all levels within organizations - managers, directors, VPs, and executives. Your background will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
- Energy and creativity. Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced sales environment.
- You think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions with your exciting angles and quality work.
- Tools. Proficient with standard corporate efficiency tools.
Salary: $80,000 per year
