At Hrpv Mexico, we're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Bilingual Client Engagement Specialist to join our mission-driven team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service and making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented individual with bilingual skills in English and Spanish (C1 level proficiency) to assist clients by managing calls, inquiries, and follow-ups. You will also provide administrative support, including drafting and organizing legal documents, maintain accurate communication with clients regarding case progress, schedule and confirm appointments for attorneys in the U.S., and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calls, inquiries, and follow-ups with clients in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support, including drafting and organizing legal documents.
  • Maintain accurate communication with clients regarding case progress.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for attorneys in the U.S.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (C1 level proficiency).
  • Resident of Guadalajara or nearby areas.
  • High School Diploma or incomplete higher education (we value your experience).
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service, call centers, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $13,000 to $16,000 MXN per month, plus full legal benefits, including IMSS, paid vacation, and Christmas bonus. You will also have the opportunity to work in a fixed Monday to Friday schedule with occasional flexibility, receive professional development opportunities within a supportive team, and participate in fully paid training from day one.
