Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training materials to support software usage and system processes.
- Conduct training sessions to educate users on software functionalities and best practices.
- Facilitate working sessions across multiple time zones to relay updates, gather feedback, and address site-specific topics.
- Conduct onboarding sessions with new sites to ensure familiarity with the system and processes.
- Develop and approve change management content that supports training materials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in training material development and conducting training sessions.
- Strong facilitation skills, especially in multi-time zone environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with system onboarding and readiness processes.
