Assembly Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Supervisor to join our team at Terex Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly line and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Assembly Team: Supervise and motivate a team of assembly technicians to ensure efficient and effective production.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products meet our quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that production goals are met.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as manufacturing, engineering, or business.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
