Job Summary

Celestica is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Customer Focused Team as a Senior Operations Manager. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of business operations, customer relationships, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues and improve processes.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior operations or business development role.
  • Proven track record of delivering business results and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
