Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in an ambiguous environment with an ever-changing product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot basic issues and think creatively when solutions are unclear.
  • Utilize a specialized form-building tool to convert submitted PDF/ Word Documents into a digital format.
  • Enter, analyze, and report on various groups of data.
  • Provision new user accounts to support the Onboarding Team.
  • Be a resource and connection for the rest of the organization (Support, Sales, Onboarding, Product, Engineering, etc...).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems.
Requirements
  • 1+ years experience in an office setting, clerical work, or applicable technology-based role.
  • Experience in data entry or document conversion is a plus.
  • Direct customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and operate in ambiguous situations.
  • Effective time management.
