- Enter, analyze, and report on various groups of data.
- Provision new user accounts to support the Onboarding Team.
- Be a resource and connection for the rest of the organization (Support, Sales, Onboarding, Product, Engineering, etc...).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems.
- 1+ years experience in an office setting, clerical work, or applicable technology-based role.
- Experience in data entry or document conversion is a plus.
- Direct customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to be self-motivated and operate in ambiguous situations.
