Key Responsibilities- Contact and qualify inbound leads acquired from various sources, including online websites, portals, and social media platforms.
- Segregate leads into qualified and unqualified categories and feed them into our CRM system for follow-up and sales pipeline management.
- Cold call prospects, including FSBOs and expired listings, to generate new leads and convert unqualified leads into qualified ones.
- Identify hot leads for appointments with our sales agents to provide quick response times and meet customer needs.
- Follow up with past clients to solicit referrals and maintain a strong customer relationship.
- Practice, memorize, and internalize call scripts to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Manage our contact database system to track customer interactions and preferences.
- Attend training and coaching sessions to improve skills and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks.
- Document all call information into our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- 3 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Fluency in English (required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance benchmarks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary up to $23,000.00 per month.
