**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team at JLL. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and managing the Corporate Accounts Payable staff to provide accurate and timely processing and disbursement of vendor obligations, as well as travel and expense reimbursements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage the Accounts Payable staff, including hiring, training, and assigning work tasks.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls and procedures to protect company assets and ensure data integrity in the financial accounting system.
  • Interact with upper management, external customers, and other internal departments to integrate solutions that meet company goals financially and operationally.
  • Prepare account reconciliations and accruals, disaster recovery planning, and month-end closing deadlines.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in accounts payable processing.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Proven experience with project management and process improvement.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Access, Word, and PeopleSoft.
  • Experience with electronic accounts payable processing and systems integration.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience in a multi-location company.
  • Experience with Purchasing & Corporate Cards.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

$37,000.00 per month.
