At Mondelēz International, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Excellence Senior Manager to drive best-in-class sales processes and methodologies.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for leading a team of specialists to execute the sales strategy and ensure operation excellence in the business. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to implement strategies that improve sales effectiveness, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have considerable knowledge of the market, experience in sales and managing a team of salespeople, strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication and interacting skills, and solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.

You will be responsible for managing and developing different teams that will help our sales team exceed their goals. This includes sales process optimization, performance management and analytics, training, tools and technology enablement, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic leadership.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication/influential skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations to the Sales Leadership Team.
  • Previous experience leading teams related to Sales Planning, Sales Analytics, Demand Planning, Integrated Business Plan (IBP).
