About the Job:

We are seeking a highly experienced sales leader to join our team as the Senior Supervisor, Sales Development. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and success within our organization by leading the Business Development Representative team and developing a sales strategy that achieves individual, team, and organizational quotas.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and achieves individual, team, and organizational quotas.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, business partners, and peers to drive sales success.
  • Deliver regular coaching and feedback to team members to help them improve their sales skills and performance.
  • Represent Salesforce at local customer and prospect marketing events, showcasing our products and services to audiences of various sizes.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving quota in B2B sales roles.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing sales teams, with a focus on developing diverse talent pools.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles across C-Level executives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
