Job Summary
This position is for an Administrative Specialist and Staff Coordinator for all activities of the Monterrey Technology Hub. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to top management, coordinating site key events, and ensuring ethics compliance and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support for Monterrey Technology Hub
- Management of the agenda for MTH top engineering managers
- Prepare expense reports and administrative paperwork
- Coordination and logistics of visits
- Coordination for Key events, transportation & cafeteria
- Ensure ethics compliance and requirements
- Communication meetings and internal communications support
- Administration of purchase orders
- Administration of conference rooms
- Preparation of reports, Executive presentations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Engineering
- Advanced English
- More than 2 years of experience in administrative positions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent business acumen
- Ability to conduct events and workshops with cross-functional teams
- Storytelling and communication appropriate to various levels of the organization
- Cross-functional and cross-cultural engagements
