Territory Adoption Specialist

As a Territory Adoption Specialist within the Autodesk Emerging Business organization, you will play a critical role in retaining and expanding our construction customers. Your primary objective will be to enable continuous adoption of our cloud solutions and fulfill our customers' desired business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer risk for retention and renewal using digital assessment tools and reports
- Organize target accounts according to pre-defined priority criteria
- Proactively call customers at risk to ensure maximum value from their investment in Autodesk Solutions
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure growth attainment and customer satisfaction
- Document all customer opportunities and activity in Salesforce
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years customer success, renewals, or inside-sales experience
- Understanding of customer success principles and approaches
- Experience managing complex customer situations and navigating large organizations
