Territory Adoption Representative

At Autodesk, we're redefining the construction industry for the digital age. As a Territory Adoption Specialist, your mission will be to retain and expand our construction customers, ensuring they drive maximum value from their investment in our cloud solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assess customer risk for retention and renewal using digital assessment tools and reports- Prioritize target accounts based on pre-defined criteria- Proactively engage with customers at risk- Collaborate with other teams to ensure growth attainment- Conduct outbound customer calls with a required minimum number of calls daily- Use Salesforce to document customer opportunities and activity- Guide customers through new features or changes in the product- Balance remote and onsite work

**Requirements:**

- Fluent English language proficiency- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role- Understanding of customer success principles and approaches- Experience navigating complex customer situations and large organizations- Time management, troubleshooting, and customer relationship management skills- Familiarity with construction software
