About the Role:

Your role as a Revenue Operations Specialist at Brightcove, Inc. will be to provide strategic business insights to management, ensuring informed decision-making. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining reporting and analysis packages, supporting process improvements to the CRM system, and assisting the global sales organization with day-to-day needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline Data Reconciliation Processes: Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the revenue operations function.
  • Support Cross-Functional Teams: Work collaboratively with stakeholders in Sales, Account Management, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure Accurate Bookings and Renewal Data: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate bookings and renewal data in the CRM system through a monthly contract reconciliation process.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Proactively identify and document improvements to data to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
  • Support Revenue Operations Initiatives: Collaborate with the revenue operations team to drive strategic and tactical initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a sales operations, business analyst, finance, or related role.
  • Proven record of leading data quality improvement projects or initiatives in SFDC.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and tasks.
