Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect Specialist to join our team at Gensler. As a critical member of our Critical Facilities team, you will play a key role in delivering world-class data centers, health and wellness projects, and other complex facilities.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work on high-tech architecture projects that require innovative design solutions and technical expertise. You will collaborate with our design team to develop and coordinate project designs from concept through construction documentation phase.

As a Project Architect Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client, team, and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with consultants.
  • Leading teams for successful project delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience in Critical Facilities projects or similarly complex projects.
  • Strong proficiency with Revit, BIM360, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with 100% bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish.
  • Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques specific to core and shell architecture.
