We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels in company facilities and at partner locations to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate and manage shipments to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Work closely with the shipping team (overseas) to optimize shipment schedules and routes.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor orders from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate with suppliers to provide updates on order status.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of inventory levels, forecasts, and orders with partners.
- Generate and present regular reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and other key metrics to management.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Engage in hands-on activities to ensure accurate inventory handling and control.
Requirements:
BS Degree in Industrial Engineering, International Trade/Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
At least 3 years of experience ideally within automotive industry in logistics and related roles such as import/export, inventory management or supply chain operations.
Fluent English level.
