We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our culinary team at Solaz a Luxury Collection Resort Los Cabos. As an essential member of our kitchen staff, you will play a key role in preparing and serving delicious meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare special meals or substitute items by utilizing your culinary skills and creativity. Regulate the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters to ensure perfect cooking results. Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator, maintaining proper food safety and handling procedures. Ensure that all prepared dishes meet high quality standards, including proper portion control, arrangement, and food garnish. Maintain accurate food logs to track inventory and monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared.

About the Job:

This is a full-time position located on-site at our resort. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of related work experience and a Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree. Benefits:
