  • Provide superior customer service and technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Accurately log and track customer issues using our ticketing system
  • Effectively transition and escalate unresolved problems to senior technicians or management
  • Maintain a knowledge-based system of common reported problems and resolutions
  • Provide timely and accurate notification to other IT staff members of tickets being passed to them for resolution
  • Evaluate and escalate reports of chronic or unresolved problems to the appropriate team lead or manager

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced IT support environment
  • Excellent listening, questioning, and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills, able to absorb and relate to new technical concepts quickly
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ticketing systems (Service Now preferred)
