Metasearch Product Analyst

Overview:

As a Metasearch Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role within the metasearch product strategy division. Your primary responsibility will be to shape and implement the product strategy, develop the roadmap, and oversee enhancements, which includes managing and prioritizing the product backlog. You will also spearhead initiatives aimed at optimizing operations and promoting process automation. Success in this position will require effective collaboration with various departments across the organization, including technology, metasearch operations, customer delivery, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and prioritize the product enhancements backlog, ensuring clear guidance on prioritization based on business impact.
  • Assist in executing the metasearch product strategy and roadmap by converting data insights into practical recommendations.
  • Conduct SWOT analysis, competitive assessments, and reporting to inform future enhancements and boost product competitiveness.
  • Establish relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective cross-organizational project management.
  • Contribute to customer research and feedback initiatives, aiding in project prioritization and planning.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role within the technology or travel sectors.
  • Knowledge of metasearch technology or digital media.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a history of working cross-functionally.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
