Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide first-line support to employees, managers, and HR colleagues, ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient HR services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support on HR-related inquiries and deliverables, including policies, benefits, payroll, and HR programs.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure seamless HR services delivery.
- Assist with the administration of GPS programs and initiatives, such as onboarding, offboarding, talent, and performance management.
- Participate in HR projects as needed.
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of HR procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual/native proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRIS tools, such as Workday, is a plus.
