Pricing Operation Analyst Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:




  • Administer, extend, and terminate standard and nonstandard pricing.
  • Track proposal preparation, price administration, and customer price analysis to ensure proper pricing is fulfilled in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Review and validate pricing requests to ensure alignment with guidelines.
  • Communicate and help implement pricing changes with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify, scope, and execute strategic price process improvement projects.
  • Perform checks on potential channel conflicts and identify inconsistencies.
  • Review and ensure pricing is maintained within contractual periods.
  • Manage new product pricing (create and modify).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team on the annual price increase.
  • Perform pricing audits.


Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Demonstrated complex problem resolution proficiency and ability to identify/implement process and system enhancements.
  • Knowledge of SAP and practical experience analyzing data, program metrics, and performance.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization, exhibiting leadership qualities.
  • Ability to critically review and improve initiative metrics.
