- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Trust & Safety Platform Integrity, to provide support and expertise on abuse investigations and process enhancements.
- Operationalize process improvements through strong project management, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Generate regular reports on Platform Compliance, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Interact with internal and external partners to improve Platform Compliance capabilities and ensure ongoing operations maintain high stakeholder satisfaction.
- 5-8 years of experience in anti-abuse or support escalations, preferably at an Internet Service Provider or hosting provider.
- 2-3 years of experience leading a team, with a proven track record of success.
- Working knowledge of DNS, the Internet, and domain name registration/registrar space.
- Experience managing sensitive content and emotionally charged escalations with tact and a calm demeanor.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Prior experience leading a highly distributed team, preferably in a fully remote environment.
- Working knowledge of query language and data analysis tools, such as BigQuery and Tableau.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
- Collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
- Technologically savvy, curious, and up to date with digital trends and applications.
