About the Role:
The Customer Service Representative is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring day-to-day order processing for Frito-Lay North America. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure day-to-day order processing for Frito-Lay North America, including order confirmation, order cleansing, and management of ICRs/Filters.
- Manage customer communications, including adds/cuts, missing order communication, and off-template orders.
- Confirm order completion and provide superior customer service.
- Support other CSRs on vacations and provide backup coverage.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Frito-Lay sales/supply chain experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Frito-Lay Field Sales Operations/Plant experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide superior customer service.
- Working knowledge of order processing and order life-cycle, PWM, IPM/ICS.
- Demonstrated capability of the FLNA SAP solution.
