Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth at Menasha Packaging. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth and expand customer relationships
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success
- Market Analysis and Strategy
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
- Product and Service Development
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and preferences and develop solutions to meet their needs
- Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance metrics to measure sales team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales team members to ensure they are meeting their targets and developing their skills
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the packaging industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions
