About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative at Schreiber Foods, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. This is a developmental sales role that requires a strong understanding of sales management processes and the ability to execute those processes to profitably grow business and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to understand programs and policies that meet customer needs.
  • Manage customer relationships end-to-end, from initial contact to order fulfillment and beyond.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Schreiber Foods' products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure compliance with food safety and quality plans, as well as customer requirements.
  • Establish and audit standard operating procedures to define and monitor processes that meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or a comparable field, with a business internship.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to develop customer relationships.
  • Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Proficient in English.
