Marketing Business Partner Manager

**Business Partner Role**
As a Marketing Business Partner, you will serve as a liaison between Enterprise Marketing and the Latin America business, advocating for business priorities. You will operate in a matrixed organization, working with marketing leaders and peers to align with business leadership, market management, product marketing, product management, and sales in Latin America and countries of product origin. Your responsibilities will include understanding business key priorities, defining actionable marketing KPIs for each program, and driving the strategy and plans with campaign teams and Latin America marketing coordinators.
**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- 5 years of experience in brand/marketing management or a related position.
- Managerial experience.
- Verbal and written fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is desirable.
