Channel Sales Engineer: Managing Key Accounts

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned Channel Sales Engineer to manage our key accounts and drive sales growth in the assigned geography. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales channel management, sales force development, and account management to deliver outstanding results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Manage and develop sales channels to achieve monthly targets
  • Collaborate with the sales force to implement corrective actions and improve sales performance
  • Provide coaching and training to representatives and distributors
  • Lead critical site reviews and support territory and product strategies from the business units
  • Ensure compliance with sales force agreements, contracts, and compensation

**Requirements**:

**Required Experience**:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing sales channels, sales force development, and account management
  • Strong knowledge of the sales planning process and ability to interface with all levels at a customer
  • Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in process industries (Chemical, Mining, Power, Food & Beverage, Midstream)

**Education Requirements**:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • MBA is desirable

**Other Requirements**:

  • Travel up to 75% in the assigned geography
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Strong analytical skills using Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
