Main responsibilities include:

Document Management:

  • Organize and dispose of confidential documents in accordance with company policies.
  • Participate in planning and coordination of corporate meetings and events.

Reception and Guest Services:

  • Welcome visitors and employees in a professional manner.
  • Process courier labels for mail and scheduled deliveries.

Finance and Procurement:

  • Invoice and payable coding through Kofax and Oracle system.
  • Raise requisitions for new and current vendors.
  • Process and track POs and invoices.

IT and HR Support:

  • Liaise with IT Manager on recycling of material.
  • Raise tickets for planned electricity interruption.
  • Collect return material from leavers.
  • Coordinate availability and HSE requirements to meet government regulations.

Administrative Support:

  • Support manager as needed to maintain shared folder of documents, reports, contracts, etc.
  • Good English skills are required for this role.

This is a unique opportunity to work independently and be organized, independent, and detail-oriented in order to carry out tasks appropriately.
