Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineering Technician IV to provide equipment and process support to our workcells operating within the facility. This role involves the maintenance and repair of all equipment utilized in manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance as required, complete maintenance records, and ensure 100% on-time completion of PM tasks.
- Process Support: Determine work priorities with respect to production schedules, interface with department and line supervisors, and provide front-line contact between Machine Support and Manufacturing functions.
- Training and Development: Provide training to machine support technicians and facilitate NPI activity for the area of responsibility.
- Problem-Solving: Address repetitive equipment problems, design long-term solutions, and drive improvements in line metrics, efficiencies, and yields.
- Health and Safety: Display awareness and compliance on Health & Safety issues and ensure a safe working environment.
- Communication: Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Requirements:
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge in FUJI NXT II y III (NEXIM), SPI Koh Young, and printing process (DEK and MPM).
- Software Skills: Ability to operate a personal computer, including using a Windows-based operating system and related software, and advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
- Communication Skills: Ability to write simple correspondence, read and understand visual aids, and apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
