This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in financial services, alternative investments, or B2B channel sales, who understands tax-advantaged strategies and excels in building strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 wealth advisors and family offices.
  • Serve as the primary contact, providing resources for advisors to effectively present solar financial solutions.

This includes conducting training sessions on the tax benefits, cash flow impact, and ESG advantages of solar financial products, analyzing advisor client bases to provide tailored investment recommendations, identifying and managing advisors exploring sustainable investments using CRM tools, proactively tracking and supporting advisor engagement and deal progress, co-presenting solar solutions with advisors to high-net-worth (HNW) clients, assisting in creating personalized materials and financial models to support sales conversations, gathering advisor feedback to enhance product positioning and training materials, and collaborating with leadership to refine sales and marketing strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services sales, working with wealth advisors, RIAs, or alternative financial products.
  • Proven success in introducing tax-advantaged investment strategies to advisors and HNW clients.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, wealth management, and sustainable investing.
  • Excellent relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple advisor relationships.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
