Job Description

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping Infineon's training strategy for products and applications. You will work closely with the global training team and key business stakeholders to develop a comprehensive training plan that meets the needs of our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for products and applications, including in-person training events, videos, and eLearning formats.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.
  • Ensure that all training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Infineon's quality standards.
  • Conduct training recordings in our studio and produce high-quality training content using tools like Articulate, Adobe Premiere, and TechSmith Camtasia.
  • Support the realization of webinars, including moderation and content creation.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to leverage training content for external target groups.
  • Monitor and analyze learner data to inform program improvements and suggest data-driven decisions.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in training development, marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in creating effective educational or marketing content with subject matter experts.
  • Excellent skills in program management, storyboarding, and hosting of LIVE and virtual events.
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere and TechSmith Camtasia is beneficial.
  • Self-driven and structured, with strong attention to detail and an affinity for data-based decision-making.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams to gather input from multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience coaching others to translate complex topics into clear, concise, and compelling content.
  • Experience in creating training with Articulate and video editing with Adobe Premiere and TechSmith Camtasia.
  • Self-starter with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with others at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Good command of MS Office applications (PowerPoint and Excel mandatory).
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Frequent travel to the USA is expected (once per 6-8 weeks), so having a US visa is mandatory.
