About the Role

Mercer Mexico is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Strategy and Employee Experience Consultant. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a critical role in helping organizations optimize their talent management strategies and improve employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver talent strategy and employee experience solutions to clients, including talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and trends in talent management and employee experience.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and experience strategies to improve client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions to address their talent management and employee experience challenges.
  • Lead and manage projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management and employee experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business, or psychology.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business, or psychology, is an asset.
  • At least 15 years of experience in talent management and employee experience, with a focus on consulting and strategy development.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality consulting services and solutions to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
