About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Staffing Solutions Expert to join our team at Wizeline.

Job Description

The Digital Staffing Solutions Expert will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive tools to improve team effectiveness. This includes maintaining master data sets, coordinating staffing requests, understanding financial modeling, and reporting on comprehensive staffing metrics.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with multiple stakeholders, including hiring managers, people managers, and delivery managers. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain master data sets that run staffing/workforce responsibilities across the entire company
  • Coordinate staffing requests, swaps and backfills, and personnel planning at the project level with managers
  • Understand financial modeling and create flexible revenue and cost models based on multiple dimensions and priorities
  • Report consistently on comprehensive staffing metrics that inform other areas of the company such as recruitment, finance, delivery, and senior leadership
Requirements
  • Ability to create flexible decision-making models based on constraints and assumptions
  • Comfort with seeing and managing confidential data, and instilling trust among peers around confidentiality
  • Iterative and innovative approach to building out and improving the ways things are done
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • A positive attitude towards working under pressure
  • Punctuality in responding to and meeting with others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, including functions, formulas, and data analysis tools
  • Fluent in English

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
