SAP is looking for an analytical and solution-oriented Consultant who has experience in service coordination and project management. You will collaborate with other ECS internal stakeholders and units to drive technical service delivery and improve processes.

The Role:

Service Coordination:

  • Coordinate technical service delivery and experts from Technology Services team and attached supplier network to drive topics to resolution.
  • Drive service-related discussions with the customer and internal stakeholders and act as the orchestrator of experts.
  • Provide training and guidance to ECS internal stakeholders on technical CAS portfolio items.
  • Provide reporting on our service deliverables KPIs.
  • Perform RAG meeting with our suppliers.

Improvements & Project Management:

  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in existing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process and/or tool improvements.
  • Define process & service objectives, performance metrics, and improvement targets and monitor and analyse relevant KPI's using data-driven approaches.
  • Model the process and develop Standard Operating Procedure and Work Instruction, Knowledge Base Articles, Wiki pages, BLOG entries etc.
  • Alignment with various tool system / application owners to represent Technology Service team delivery requirements.

What you bring:

  • You should have very good analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as presentation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to build, grow and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge in ITIL and Project Management methodology.
  • Knowledge of SAP basis technologies is a plus.
  • Working effectively in international and virtual teams should be something you are used to do.
  • Fluent in English.
