About the Team

Workday continues to build its team of professional services consultants in Mexico, catering to various experience and skill levels. This opportunity not only lets you join an amazing company but also be part of a growing professional services team in Mexico.

The Engagement Support Office (ESO) is a group within Workday's North America Industries organization dedicated to implementing our cloud-based software. We help customers maximize the potential of the Workday platform.

About the Role

The Sr. Associate Engagement Manager will oversee full lifecycle deployments using the Workday Deployment Methodology and leverage their expertise to resolve issues creatively and effectively. This role involves partnering with and supporting Engagement Managers and Project Directors throughout the project timeline to bring a customer successfully live on the Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities

Become Proficient in Workday's Implementation Methodology: Stay up-to-date with the latest implementation best practices and methodologies.
Assist Engagement Managers: Collaborate with Engagement Managers to implement simultaneous projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
IDentify Opportunities: Identify areas where assistance can be extended to Engagement Managers, improving overall efficiency and project outcomes.
Provide Prompt Delivery: Deliver tasks efficiently and effectively for Engagement Managers and Consultant resources working on implementations.
Lead Deployments: Lead low to medium complexity deployments as an Engagement Manager, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Maintain RAIDQ Log: Monitor and manage RAIDQ logs, create and manage support cases, and perform timesheet reviews and approvals.
Propose Changes: Suggest and support implementing changes aimed at optimization and/or automation in Smart Sheets, enhancing process efficiency.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • Up to 1 year of experience in project management with HCM, Payroll, Financial, or Student implementations in medium enterprise, large enterprise, higher education, and/or state and local governments or other similar HR industries.
  • Ability to converse in English, both verbally and written, at an advanced level.

Other Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working on software implementations in any capacity.
  • SaaS / ERP Experience highly desired.
  • Consulting experience demonstrating strengths in managing customer expectations, building trust, and confidence.
  • Experience in coordinating smaller streams of work/delivery of projects.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Aptitude for learning new management methodologies, technologies, and technical skills quickly.
  • Possession for delivering exceptional customer service and quality.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in diverse, fast-paced environments and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A team player who can communicate effectively with all project team members.
