Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Eaton. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of customer-centric strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Account Management, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Manage and facilitate daily delivery status communication between our Tijuana plant operations and third-party customers.
- Develop and maintain internal support plans to meet customer delivery and quality performance expectations.
- Support high-visibility customer engagement teams, program management reviews, and rate readiness reviews.
- Track high-priority parts through each operation of production and post-production, elevating concerns to Operations Management as needed.
- Understand and communicate executed contract terms to assigned customers, ensuring alignment with Eaton's business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferred.
- 3-5 years' work experience in Customer Service, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, judgment, logic, resourcefulness, and creativity.
- Sound teaming skills, basic market analysis tools, and techniques.
- Computer literacy with competency in Microsoft Office programs and web maintenance systems.
