About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Renewal Specialist to drive the timely renewal of Oracle's contracts with existing customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on business practices and contractual implications associated with Oracle's portfolio, ensuring they understand the value proposition.
- Meet productivity expectations on outbound calls for renewals, managing exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit contract renewals.
- Identify top-tier opportunities and transfer leads to sales representatives, fostering collaboration across teams.
- Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in assigned territories, driving growth and revenue expansion.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in contract renewal or similar roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective customer engagement and relationship management.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Familiarity with Oracle's portfolio and contractual implications, ensuring a deep understanding of the business landscape.
Compensation and Benefits:
