As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in partnering with business leaders to drive organizational success through strategic HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Align with global and regional HR teams to execute enterprise-level initiatives
- Deliver core HR services and people processes, ensuring an optimal associate experience
- Counsel and advise teams on associate experience initiatives, such as recognition programs and talent development
- Implement global, regional, or local HR programs
- Coach business leaders and associates on all HR-related topics, including change management, talent management, employee relations, and career development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of years and education of directly related experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Business, HRBP, L&D, HR Generalist or related field
- Experience working in matrix organizations
- Fluent English and Spanish

Based on national averages and industry standards, the estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
