In our Electrophysiology (EP) business, we're advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.
This facility will offer 1,200 local new jobs and will be the first health manufacturing facility in Querétaro.

**Primary Job Function**
Serve as the primary partner to the business, developing HR programs, needs assessments, employee relations management resulting HR solutions.
Responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of all HR programs and services.
Responsible for HR results in the business, including customer satisfaction, HR effectiveness and associated financial results.
Establishes, builds and maintains strong relationships with key HR partners from all practice areas to ensure elements of HR are successfully coordinated to meet business needs; includes relationship management, leadership, HR/ER roles/responsibilities and service delivery commitments.
Be the ambassador of the HR organization to represent the services and resources available to the business.
**Core Job Responsibilities**
- Implement and execute HR plans to meet organizational needs of the businesses.
- Develop proposals, recommendations to resolve day to day and important issues affecting the businesses.
- Prioritize critical projects based on business need and resources.
- Secure organizational commitment to fund and implement projects.
- Facilitate and implement change.
- Execute day to day activities and ensure these are moving forward.
- Resolves routine HR/ER issues.
- Influence others on recommendations and solutions
- Educate management on Talent Management processes, skills/tools to gain business advantage and reinforce development as well as performance expectations.
- Work closely with customer to jointly design solutions, balancing business, employee and legal needs.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you should have 3 years of experience as RH Specialist/Generalist in multinational companies, preferably Health Care Industry. Experience in handling labor relations is preferable. Additionally, a BA Degree in Psychology, Legal, Administration or similar is required. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with full command.
**Salary Information**
The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000-$90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
