The Role:
We're seeking a skilled Lifecycle Marketing Analyst to drive user conversion, activation, and retention through various marketing channels. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with Content, Live Programs, and Product teams to create engaging campaigns that address Kinedu parents' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop creative campaign concepts to boost conversion, activation, and retention initiatives.* Craft compelling copy for email, push, in-app messages, and other formats/channels.* Coordinate visual assets with our Design team.* Adapt marketing content for three languages (EN, ES, PT).* Program campaigns in engagement platforms (Leanplum/Clevertap, Engagement).* Conduct campaign tests to ensure quality control and proper programming settings.* Analyze campaign results to evaluate impact and determine next steps.* Maintain logs of campaign changes, experiments, and results to inform the team.* Participate in customer research efforts to understand user behavior and needs.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).* Strong analytical skills with data interpretation, report generation, and actionable conclusions.* Excellent communication, creative writing, and translation skills.* Attention to detail and organizational skills.* Team player mentality.* Exceptional time management skills for fast-paced work environments.* Problem-solving self-starter with ownership of tasks.
