Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing strategic sourcing initiatives in collaboration with shoreside recruitment efforts across various levels and functions.
The primary objective is to ensure the organization can effectively deploy the right talent, in the right roles, at the right time, and at the most efficient cost, while fostering full engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops and implements comprehensive sourcing strategies. Stays informed on current trends and best practices in sourcing and talent acquisition. Cultivates talent pipelines through diverse platforms, including social media, job boards, niche sites, and the open web to execute sourcing strategies. Proactively creates candidate pipelines in anticipation of future needs. Utilizes proprietary candidate pipelines through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Collaborates with recruitment teams to devise market strategies, pipeline candidates, share insights, and provide competitive intelligence. Works closely with HR business partners and hiring managers to establish and maintain effective relationships. Coordinates with recruitment operations as necessary. Supports inbound sourcing activities, including candidate and requisition management, as required. Assists in recruitment marketing and event initiatives. Encourages feedback mechanisms for all candidates processed to enhance recruitment practices. Achieves operational business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution or its international equivalent is required. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role within a global or reputable local organization. Proficient in computer use, internet navigation, and familiar with automated HRIS systems and various software applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledgeable about social media and relevant company branding efforts. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and talent pool management. Familiarity with accepted human resources practices and global employment laws. Must demonstrate tact, determination, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Adaptable to change, able to work effectively in diverse situations, and proactive in seeking improvements. Excellent written and presentation skills; capable of conveying complex information clearly to various audiences, including management. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders.
