About the Role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Senior Manager to join our team in a Hybrid work environment. As an FP&A Senior Manager, you will play a key role in driving economic performance and supporting the business strategy and decision-making of the Group Leadership Team.

Responsibilities
  1. P&L Management:
  • Oversee the quarterly financial close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Lead the development and management of financial forecasts and plans, aligning with business objectives.
  • Ensure the precision of financial forecasts, identifying and addressing variances.
  • Monitor and report on the Innovation Group's financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.
Balance Sheet and Cash Management:
  • Manage the impairment process across the H&H Group, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Conduct regular balance sheet reviews to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.
  • Optimize cash flow and working capital, implementing strategies to improve liquidity and financial efficiency.
Group Calendars and Routines:
  • Define and communicate group calendars and routines, ensuring alignment across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Group Operations to establish and maintain compelling rhythms and routines.
  • Work closely with Corporate FP&A and Business Planning teams to ensure cohesive financial planning and analysis.
Projects:
  • Drive initiatives to streamline and accelerate core financial processes.
  • Leverage current company efforts to enhance Finance capabilities through technological advancements.
  • Actively participate in initiatives led by the Group to provide comprehensive business support.
Requirements
  1. 7+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
  2. Financial Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide actionable insights.
  3. Financial Modeling: Expertise in building and maintaining complex financial models to support decision-making.
  4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Strong skills in developing and managing budgets and financial forecasts.
  5. Data Management: Ability to manage and analyze large datasets using tools like Excel, SQL, and financial software.
  6. Presentation Skills: Capability to create and deliver clear, concise, and compelling presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  7. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives and drive long-term growth.
  8. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing complex financial data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
  9. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey financial insights and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  10. Leadership: Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate the FP&A team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  11. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in financial software and tools, as well as a solid understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting techniques
Benefits
