As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing all marketing activities for the Pediasure brand, including developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve volume, organic growth, market share, and profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve market share objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and product development.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and manage budgets to achieve marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, regulatory, and R&D teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the Pediasure brand remains competitive.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the OTC or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
