Job Summary
Vitesco Technologies Group Ag is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Cuautla, Mexico. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a strategic role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and align HR processes with company and business strategies
- Provide HR consulting expertise to managers and employees to maximize organization effectiveness
- Share accountability with senior business leadership for reaching and exceeding operational performance metrics
- Recommend HR strategy based on company values, knowledge of business strategy, employee needs, and HR best practices
- Ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees in compliance with all applicable laws and policies
- Manage labor contracts, union relations, and labor law compliance
- Supervise process resolution of lawsuits and provide necessary documents for labor law authorities
- Champion internal initiatives to promote a healthy labor environment
- Support administration of compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
Requirements
- Experience in HR in the manufacturing, automotive, or related sector
- Bachelor's or master's degree in HR or a related field
- Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- English language proficiency
- Previous experience handling labor union relations
