Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Operational Management: Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 people, responsible for end-to-end processes, continuous improvement, and cost-saving projects.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the Commercial Experience strategy for the North America market, in collaboration with senior leaders from Unilever Finance, Procurement, and UniOps.
- Financial Management: Manage financial processes, accounting standards, and principles, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including Regional and Global Leadership Team members, Cluster UniOps, and third-party business partners.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, driving cost reduction and efficiency gains across the organization.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with our control framework and regulatory requirements.
- Education: MBA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent Business Management or Finance degree.
- Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Business Partnering, Controllership, and Management roles.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of key financial processes, accounting standards, and principles; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; solid people management skills and demonstrated peer leadership.
