Tech Support Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Support Representative to join our team at Gi Group Holding. As a Tech Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and documenting cases accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process client requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide exceptional customer service through verbal and written communication
- Focus on problem-solving and handling high-stress situations
- Establish strong relationships with clients and colleagues to maintain fluid communication and encourage retention
- Work closely with internal and external partners to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Advanced English language skills (C1 level)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a customer service tech support environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage internal and external relationships
- Ability to establish lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- Preferred: university or technical studies, Salesforce or CRM experience, troubleshooting experience for payment terminals and POS stations
Preferred Qualifications:
- High customer service skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills and a passion for achieving goals
- Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy to quickly de-escalate tense situations
