Role Overview:

The Customer Service Specialist will oversee service operations for designated clients, managing daily interactions between the Advanced Delivery Center (ADC), clients, LEONI production sites, and third-party logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily customer service operations for assigned clients. Facilitate daily activities between the Advanced Delivery Center (ADC), clients, LEONI production facilities, and third-party logistics. Process customer orders within the principal company's ERP system, assess customer schedules against contractual agreements, including capacity and flexibility terms, and negotiate solutions for any discrepancies. Monitor the availability of necessary finished goods at the ADC and initiate contingency measures as needed. Assist in the dispatch process and outbound logistics planning at the ADC. Support the technical change process within the ERP system of the principal company. Ensure the accuracy of finished goods inventory in the ERP system, assist with cycle counting, and participate in stocktaking at the ADC. Track excess finished goods inventory at the ADC and implement actions to mitigate it. Monitor key performance indicators within the area of responsibility. Assess customer satisfaction and coordinate responses to any issues that arise. Assist the Sales team with VCM-related charges to clients (obsolete materials, freight, services). Manage demand for NAFTA clients in SAP IBP and interface with EMEA clients.

Candidate Profile:

A degree in Economics or Engineering. Experience in customer service or planning (automotive experience preferred). Proficiency in English (C1 level). Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred). Self-motivated, organized, quick learner, and results-oriented. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, prioritize tasks across multiple projects, and collaborate within an international team.
