- Develop and execute an action plan for each customer to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide initial and continuous training to clinical center personnel on clinical trial protocols and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably healthcare.
- 1+ years of relevant business experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven analytical, planning, and negotiation skills.
- High degree of initiative and creativity.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
