The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for attracting and engaging top talent in the market through direct and indirect sourcing.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage with top talent in the market.
- Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Consultants and Hiring Managers to determine talent needs and specifications.
- Provide industry and market insights to inform our talent strategy and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to identify and develop new sourcing resources and platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with future hiring plans and goals.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
- At least 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment.
- Advanced proficiency in English language, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated experience and passion for direct sourcing and cold calling to identify and engage with top talent.
- Ability to drive direct sourcing strategies to reduce reliance on contingent placement firms.
- Intellectual curiosity to learn about talent trends, key skills for recruiting, and how to optimize talent pipelines to drive business growth.
